Family Members:
With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt and friend Leah Bat Arieh Leiv Bat Sarah on May 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Lucy was born March 10, 1939 In Mexico City to her parents of blessed memory, Luis and Consuelo Mostkoff. She was a woman of deep compassion, wisdom and unwavering devotion to her family and community. Her life was guided by Jewish values and she brought light and kindness into the world through acts of Mitzvot, Chesed and big juicy kisses bringing ruach with each kiss and hug.

She is survived by her children from her first Husband, Harry (Skip) Pepper of blessed memory, Paula Salky (Randy), of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Barney Pepper (Melissa) of Memphis, Tennessee. Sandy Pepper (Fernando Cerezo) of Farmington Hills, Michigan. And her bonus children from her second husband, Dr. H. Pierre Secher, of blessed memory. Margaret Matthes, (Gerald), Josie Ballin (Steve) and Robert M. Secher of blessed memory. Her loving grandchildren, Miranda Salky (Alex), Reina Pepper Greenberg (Mason), Eli Pepper, Jennie Pepper, Nathan Cerezo, Claudia Cerezo, Christopher Matthes (Jennie), Lydia Kuivenhoven (Matt), Benji Ballin, Ellie Ballin, Samantha Ballin and 5 great grandchildren. She leaves her Sisters of Anna, Pola, and Aida as well as her brothers, Moises and Isidoro. She will also be remembered by her community of friends who cherish her deeply.
