Family Members:
Stacey Dayle Reed, formerly Stacey Friedman (and DeLia), 67, left her body on April 3, 2025,passing peacefully in her sleep, rejoining her mother Elaine Breger (Blake), Father Eugene Friedman, brother Neal, and beloved Grandparents Bessy, Leo, Celia and Charlie. Stacey was born in the Detroit, Michigan area and made a home in both Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona and Overland Park, Kansas. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer DeLia, son Jeffrey DeLia, brother Darryl and his wife Tori, nieces Madison and Mallory, stepmother Vivian, Aunt Elaine, Uncle Mark, Uncle Gil, first cousins Amy, Shawn, Michael and all their dear children.

Stacey was dynamic, family-oriented, and spirited. She’s always had a unique sense of humor, a smile that lights up a room, and a contagious laugh. Her love of laughter led her to comedy shows anytime she could attend, and she would often get called on due to her quick wit. She also loved live music, movies, and sports, especially recordings and concerts of her son’s music clients, daughter’s directorial films, theater and events, and her hometown teams, University of Michigan Football and Kansas City Chiefs. “Go Blue!” Stacey jumped at every opportunity to celebrate her kids’ vocations in the entertainment industry. She thrived in every Executive support role she had in her career, becoming coined “Stace on the Case”; no one as resourceful as she was.

Among Stacey’s final words were “I wish my family could be together, like when I was a little girl.” She is dancing in the stars with her late family and relishing in the togetherness her Celebration of Life is bringing.
