With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Michael Grant of Farmington Hills, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Robert "Bob" Grant was born in Pittsburgh and moved to Michigan to attend Southfield High. He met his beloved wife, Kathleen Arlow Grant, at Wayne State University. Bob started at Ford in 1989 and spent decades working alongside his wife there.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, David Grant, Rebecca Moses Grant and Shoshana Grant; his grandchildren, Isabella Moses, Jacob Moses and Isaac Moses; and his sister Barrie Hawkins. He is fondly remembered by other loving family members, his morning coffee crew, his friends at Ford, and his aviation community.
