Devoted brother of Julius "Jay" (Sarah) Ballew, Cam (Katie) Ballew, Chris (Barb Floreth) Ballew, Anne (Tom Porter) Ballew and the late Mary Ballew and the late Jeanne Ballew. Dearest brother-in-law of Hannah (Gordon) Moss and Rise Bienstock-Stein. Also survived by Dan's steadfast and loving caregivers, Angelyn Ello, Grace Pasinos, Halima Mumuni, Linda Dismuke, Lorie Brillantes and Jean P., and many other loving family members and friends.
