Family Members:

Beloved wife of Steve Lewkowicz z"l. Devoted sister of Leon z"l, Albert, and Marsha. Cherished mother of Mark (Carol z"l) Lewkowicz, Bonnie (Paul z"l) Lewkowicz, Lisa (Shawn) Burk, and surrogate mother to Debbie Cohen. Treasured Bubbe to Jason (Karen), Leah, Joe (Jacque), Sam, Cayla, Lindsey, and Sarah (Chris). Adoring Great Bubbe to Ethan, Brennan, Elisa, and Layla. Survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members, and countless friends.

Phyllis was a formidable force and loomed large in many peoples lives. She was known for many things throughout her life including: dispenser of medical advice, event planner extraordinaire, accountant, artist, avid reader, mayor of Hechtman, mandel bread maven, but most of all as the best Mom, Bubbe and Great Bubbe!
