Devoted brother-in-law of Libby (Art) White. Adoring uncle of Nicole, Ashley, Kalley, and Mackenzie and great-uncle of Willow, Rowen, Carter and Griffin, Marianna and Juliana, Joslynn and Jimari. Howard was the dear son of the late Maurice and Bernice (Sherman) Jacobson, brother of the late Richard Jacobson (the late Carol) and son-in-law of the late Lee and Melvin VanDuren.
