Owen was the beloved son of Naomi 'Bobbie' and the late Harry S Miller. Loving Dad of Erin (Robert) Mullins and Hannah (Nick Hagen) Miller. Proud papa of Landon Mullins, and dear brother of Annie (Rob) Cohen. Also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
