Richard Lee Perlman age 77 of Rochester Hills Michigan passed away Friday January 26, 2024, at the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine. Born in Detroit Michigan, he was a son of the late Isadore and Sophia Bartman Perlman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Perlman.

Richard worked as a Health Instructor and Swim Team coach for the Detroit City School system. He enjoyed swimming and riding his bike.

He is survived by his wife of ten years, Deborah Lynn Riddle Perlman. Son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Abra Perlman, five grandchildren -- Yonaton Perlman, Hadassa Perlman, Aharon Perlman, Naomi Perlman, Yeshaya Perlman, and other stepchildren."
