Beloved wife of the late Edward Bernstein. Special partner of Gerald "Jerry" Efrusy. Dear mother of Maureen (Giovanni) Cocca and Charles (Darlus) Gerson and stepmother of Andy Bernstein. Loving grandmother of Michelle Cocca, John Cocca, Crystal (Andy) Romay, Heidi (Kyle) Ingram and Candice (Nick) Waters. Adoring great-grandmother of William Romay, Julia Romay and Moriah Waters. Grandpup Sully Ingram. Also survived by Jerry's children, Brian (Nancy) Efrusy, Craig (Carol) Efrusy and their children, Jake, Scott, Sarah, Jordan and Jonah. Francine leaves a world of cousins and friends. She was the daughter of the late Morris and Bertha Yaras.
