Family Members:

Jeffrey Louis Sofferin, 75 years old, died on September 11, 2023. Jeff was the devoted husband of the late Pam Sofferin; the son of Selma and Alvin Sofferin and brother to Kathy (Ronnie) Berk; father to several Sheepdogs (Winston, Max, Bently and Winston II); Jeff was an awesome uncle to Karolyn, Ken, Kevin (deceased), Jamie, Amy, and Holly not to mention numerous grand nieces and nephews.

Jeff spent most of his life as a pilot and that was his true passion. Jeff and Pam operated their own airline, Executive Express, for many years before Jeff became a commercial pilot and then ultimately a pilot for numerous air charter companies before hanging up his wings.

Jeff loved his sheepdogs and raising them was one of his greatest joys. For many years Jeff enjoyed boating as a member of the Detroit Yacht Club. His other passions included golfing (mostly with his brother-in-law Ronnie) and tinkering with home computing. Jeff was everybody’s personal helpdesk.
