- Roberta Rae Zucker Gorevitz, 78, of Oak Park passed away, holding her daughter's hand, April 6, 2023.
She was born December 16, 1944 in Detroit. Her beautiful spirit will live on through her amazing stories, the music that inspired her and the love and kindness she exemplified every day of her life. She was a longtime Sherlockian and a member of the Amateur Mendicants Society. Not only did she have an amazing relationship with her siblings, Sandie, Mark and Steven, she was everyone's best friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea (Alex) Stierna and son, David Gorevitz. Loving grandmother of Aaron Joseph Stierna, Ethan Charles Stierna and Zachary King Jackson. Devoted sister of Sandie (and the late Charley) Miller, Mark (Sherrie) Zucker and Steven Zucker. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and beloved sister-in-law, Moji Zucker.
Devoted daughter of the late Harry and Leah Zucker. Soulmate of the late, Charles Gorevitz.
