Family Members:

Edward and Joyce met at THE Ohio State University in December 1948, and were married August 1950, a total of 72 years. He was a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His “Howdy” brought a smile to everyone he met. He will be missed.

Beloved husband of Joyce Welford. Dear father of Charles (Andrea) Welford, Jay (Robin) Welford and Bruce (Stacey) Welford. Loving grandfather of Lara Welford, Michael Welford, Rachel Welford, Mindy Welford, Liza (Evan) Lukaske, Lorna Pluto, Marci Welford and Brett Welford. Adoring great-grandfather of Zaia, Nekoda, Shileigh, Rowan and Mila. Devoted brother of George (Barbara) Welford. Brother-in-law of Ronald Weinberger and Lois Simon. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
