Father-in-law of the late Esther Weitzner Shwedel. Loving grandfather of Anna Shwedel (Matt Butler), Yosi Shwedel (Rosi), Danny Shwedel (Miriam), Jennifer Cohon (Rob), Brian Kristall (Rebecca), Elena (Max) Simpser, Alberto (Sara) Simpser, Leonardo (Yanine) Simpser, Tammy, Joanna, Randy & Micha. Devoted brother of the late Benjamin Shwedel (Ann, Betty), Charles Shwedel (Onny), Norman Shwedel (Zelda), Harold Smith, Fred Smith, Leo Shwedel (Thelma), Sylvia Schlesinger (Andy), Frances Nanes (Burt). Also survived by 20 adoring great-grandchildren and special friends, Muriel Myers, Jan & Larry Freedman, Lynette Blumenthal, Jorge Szauer, Estaban Szauer and the late Harriet Glickman.
