Allen is predeceased by his father Frank George Greenstein, mother Clara Greenstein, and nephew Michael Efros. He is survived by his children Shawn (Tony) Fayne and Adam (Gypsy) Greenstein, grandchildren Axle Greenstein, Salome Greenstein, and Sasha Fayne. Brother to Francine Efros and Sharon (Tom) Tout. Brother-in-law to Howard Efros. Also, survived by his loving nephews (Jeremy (Anne) Efros, Josh Efros, Daniel Tout, Nicholas Tout), his former wife Toby (Mark) Gantz and many cherished friends.
