Family Members:

Barry Cohen, 78, of Orchard Lake, MI and Key West, FL passed away on January 23, 2022.

He is survived by his loving wife Carole of 58 years, his children Larry (Corie) and Lisa (Josh); his grandchildren Rebecca (John) Cuschieri, Evelyn and Zach Urist; and his great grandchildren Olivia and Declan Cuschieri. Barry was a beloved brother to Susan Myerson (Jules), Ruthie Sriro Dixon (Ken) Harriet Finn and Linda Kunin. Barry was the loving son of the late Mollie and Henry Cohen of Southfield, MI.

Barry always said, "you are what you eat", and enjoyed a healthy lifestyle including regular exercise and vegetarianism. Barry was an early adopter of alternative energies. Most recently, he relished driving a Tesla. Barry loved traveling with his family and friends, and visited many places including Mexico, Russia, Europe, Israel, and Thailand, to name a few. Barry loved people and had a knack for finding a common ground with everyone he met. Barry was truly a unique individual and embraced curiosity and creativity, especially in his hobby of electronics. He had a long and distinguished career as a C.P.A., and made strong connections with his clients.
