Family Members:

Norma was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She treasured and devoted her life to her family. Norma attended Patterson High School in Windsor, Ontario, and then Harry E. Guppy School of Commerce in Windsor, where she earned a degree in secretarial services. Norma worked as a secretary for an insurance company in the Penobscot building in Detroit Michigan, where she met her husband of 42 years, Richard Elconin who preceded her in death in 2010. Norma is survived by her daughter Elise Olgin, husband Steven Olgin and daughters Alexandra and her husband Andrew Lane, Danielle and Sabrina; son Joel Elconin, wife Lisa Elconin and daughter Dayna and her husband Garet Zatz and Emily Elconin; brother Marc Fogel and his wife Debbie Levin Fogel, sister Sarah Fogel and her husband John Proano, and her brother Neil Fogel.
