Loving grandfather of Zachary Riggs, Joshua Riggs, Rebekah (Aaron) and Mason Birch, Matt Horowitz, Tess Horowitz, Grace Horowitz, Pearl Ross, Ali Ross, Jamie Ross, Jake Iatrou and Emily Iatrou. Devoted brother of David Horowitz, Richard (Wendy) Horowitz and the late Toby Robinson and the late Morrie Horowitz. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Phil was the dearest son of the late Irving and Nettie Horowitz.
