Beloved son of the late Sara and Rubin Folkoff. Loving brother of Jerome (Judith) Fields of Pikesville, MD and Laurence (Linda) Folkoff of West Bloomfield. Dear fiancé of the late Denise Anderson. Also survived by adoring aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Harold spent his life working and participating in the Metro Detroit Jewish community. He was fiercely independent and an articulate advocate for the rights of individuals with disabilities.
