Seymour Wallace Kleiman, 87, of West Bloomfield, died peacefully, surrounded by family September 17, 2020.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Estelle Kleiman: late son Dr. Michael Kleiman and daughter-in-law Susan Binder, and daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Paul Walter. Grandchildren, Mallory (Matthew) Shiffman, Dr. Ari Walter, Zachary Walter and the late Max Walter. Great grandchildren Emerson and Morrison Shiffman.

Mr. Kleiman was born in Newark New Jersey before moving to Michigan with his mother and father. His wife Estelle, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were his greatest joys in life.

He was a generous and loving person and willing to do whatever his wife and children and grandchildren might need.

Seymour was involved for 64 years as a Mason and 58 years as a Shriner. He was a member of Temple Israel for 50 years. He belonged to the Detroit Zoo, Holocaust Memorial Center, the Detroit Institute of Arts and he was a longtime member of the JCC. He was a salesman for Covington Fabrics and was a co-owner of Mattress Warehouse.
