Family Members:

Harvey was dedicated to, adored by, and is survived by his loving family, wife Esther, sons Jon (Jan) Frank and Ken (Nicole Ellefson) Frank, grandchildren Andrew (Samantha) Frank, Charlie (fiancée Jess Waninger) Frank, Matthew Frank, Reid Ellefson-Frank and Emma Ellefson-Frank. After retiring from practice as a CPA, Harvey acted as an arbitrator for securities cases until very recently and was treasurer of his condominium association. He was sports editor of the Michigan Daily in 1944 and remained a proud Wolverine every minute of the 76 years after that. A lifelong tennis player, he was 50-year member of the Detroit Tennis Club and competed in the United States National 80-and-over doubles tournament. He was also a tenacious and crafty card player, and a NYT crossword expert.
