Tim is survived by his life partner, Jo-Ann Sheffer. Dear father of Joshua Thomas and Avivah Thomas Bowen. Devoted brother of Stephen (the late Sharon) Thomas. Loving grandfather of Mara Bowen. Also survived by Jo-Ann's children, Amy (John) Bunting, Megan St. Pierre and Thomas Sheffer and grandchildren, Jackson, Cooper and Myles.
