- Family Members:
- Rob would like to let you know that his work here is done. A jeweler, a husband, a son, a brother, a dad, a papa, an uncle, a cousin, a friend to everyone he met. He was highly respected in the Jewish community as a standing member of the Woodward Shul. Rob was faced with one of the hardest battles he would ever have to endure, when he was diagnosed with bladder cancer in October of 2018. He was the son of a Holocaust survivor, which helped to instill in him the strength one must have to fight as hard as he did. He fought with the strength of a thousand men, the dignity of a king, and the humbleness of a man with only the clothes on his back. He was a selfless man, all the way until the very end. We can all learn a valuable lesson from how Rob led his life...Be kind to those who need it most. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Debe, daughters Stephanie (Nick), Ali (Tony), son Blake, grandchildren Hannah, Bentley, Maddox, A.J., sister Terri (Howard), brother "in-law" of Cathy and Mike, Becky and Chad, Arlene and Rick, Cheri, son "in-law" of Sandee (late Terry), son of the late Emery and Natalie, and the former spouse Michel (Jerry). With an extended and blended family, he was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends, including all of his "Emery's family".
