Family Members:

Sipher, Robert David 12-17-1956 - 4-19-2019. Bob died peacefully on Friday, April 19 with family by his side. Bob was a resident of Charach House, a group home in the JARC community. He will be fondly remembered for his loving presence, sweet smile, love of Chinese food and bowling. Beloved son of Ann, sister of Lynn (Scott), brother of Joe (Mary) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Allen.
