Family Members:

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Michelle Kleiman, Ira and Deanna Kleiman; daughter and son-in-law, Ingrid and Scott Segall; grandchildren, Emma, Erika, Joe, Zack, Josh, Matt, Jacob and David; sister, Shirley Duberstein; devoted companion, Judy Behrmann. Also survived by Judy's children, grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Neil was the brother of the late Lawrence Kleiman and brother-in-law of the late Mac Duberstein.
